3.مجانية التطبيق
التطبيق مجاني بالكامل، ولا يحتوي على إعلانات أو اشتراكات أو مشتريات داخلية، ولا يتطلّب إنشاء حساب. ولا يحق لأي جهة بيع التطبيق أو محتواه أو فرض رسوم مقابل الحصول عليه.
4.الاستخدام المسموح
نمنحك إذناً شخصياً وغير حصري ومجانياً لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزتك، لأغراض التلاوة والحفظ والتعلّم والتدبّر. ويمكنك مشاركة صور الآيات من داخل التطبيق لأغراض الدعوة والتذكير والنفع العام.
5.الاستخدامات الممنوعة
تعظيماً لكتاب الله وحفاظاً على التطبيق، يُمنع ما يلي:
تحريف نص القرآن الكريم أو تعديله، أو نشر صور أو نسخ معدّلة منه.
استخدام الآيات أو التلاوات في سياق مسيء أو مضلّل، أو بما يخالف تعظيم القرآن الكريم.
بيع التطبيق أو محتواه، أو استخدامه تجارياً دون إذن مكتوب منّا.
نسخ التطبيق أو تفكيكه أو إعادة هندسته، أو نشر نسخ معدّلة منه.
التنزيل الآلي أو المكثّف من الخوادم، أو أي محاولة لتعطيلها أو إساءة استخدامها.
إزالة أسماء القرّاء أو المترجمين أو مصادر المحتوى، أو نسبة المحتوى إلى غير أصحابه.
6.المحتوى والملكية الفكرية
القرآن الكريم كلام الله تعالى، وليس ملكاً لأحد. أما صور صفحات المصاحف وخطوطها فتعود حقوقها إلى الجهات التي أعدّتها.
التلاوات الصوتية تعود حقوقها إلى القرّاء وإلى الجهات التي سجّلتها ونشرتها.
الترجمات والتفاسير تعود حقوقها إلى مؤلفيها والجهات الناشرة لها.
التطبيق نفسه، بما في ذلك تصميمه وواجهاته وشعاره وبرمجته، مملوك لفريق مُعدّي.
إذا كنت صاحب حق في أي محتوى داخل التطبيق وترى أن عرضه يخالف حقوقك، فراسلنا على بريد الدعم الفني وسنتعامل مع طلبك بجدية وسرعة.
7.دقة المحتوى والإبلاغ عن الأخطاء
نحرص على اعتماد مصادر موثوقة ومراجعة المحتوى بعناية. ومع ذلك، قد تقع أخطاء تقنية أو في عرض المحتوى.
الترجمات جهود بشرية لنقل المعاني، ولا تُعدّ بديلاً عن النص العربي للقرآن الكريم.
التفاسير تعبّر عن اجتهاد مؤلفيها.
إذا لاحظت أي خطأ في نص أو صفحة أو تلاوة أو ترجمة، فنرجو إبلاغنا فوراً على بريد الدعم الفني مع ذكر السورة ورقم الآية، لنصحّحه في أقرب وقت.
8.الختمة والورد وأوقات الغروب
يبدأ اليوم في الختمة والورد اليومي من غروب الشمس. يحسب التطبيق وقت الغروب تقديرياً اعتماداً على موقعك إن سمحت به، أو على المنطقة الزمنية لجهازك.
هذه الأوقات تقريبية ولأغراض تنظيم الورد فقط، وقد تختلف بدقائق عن الواقع. ولا يُعتمد عليها في مواقيت الصلاة أو الصيام أو غيرها من الأحكام الشرعية؛ فالمرجع في ذلك التقويم المعتمد في بلدك.
9.الإنترنت والخدمات الخارجية
تتطلّب بعض الميزات، مثل تنزيل التلاوات والترجمات، اتصالاً بالإنترنت، وقد تُطبَّق رسوم استهلاك البيانات من مزوّد خدمتك. يعتمد التطبيق على خوادم مُعدّي، وعلى خدمات خارجية لتوفير المحتوى، مثل Quran.com و EveryAyah. ولا نضمن توفّر هذه الخدمات بشكل دائم أو دون انقطاع.
10.بياناتك والخصوصية
لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات شخصية. وتفاصيل ذلك في سياسة الخصوصية.
تُحفظ إعداداتك وعلاماتك وختماتك وأورادك على جهازك فقط، ولا توجد نسخة احتياطية سحابية لها. لذلك قد تُفقد هذه البيانات عند حذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته أو تغيير الجهاز، ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية فقدانها.
11.إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب التوفّر»، دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية بخلوّه من الأخطاء أو الانقطاعات، أو بملاءمته لغرض معيّن.
وفي حدود ما يسمح به النظام، لا يتحمّل فريق مُعدّي المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنتج عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذّر استخدامه، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات المحفوظة على الجهاز أو انقطاع الخدمات الخارجية.
12.التحديثات والتعديلات
قد نحدّث التطبيق لإضافة ميزات أو إصلاح أخطاء، وقد نعدّل بعض الميزات أو نوقفها.
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط عند الحاجة، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة مع تغيير تاريخ «آخر تحديث».
استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدّثة.

1.Acceptance of terms
These terms govern your use of Muslim Quran (مصحف المسلم), developed by Moaddi and available on Google Play, the App Store, and AppGallery.
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2.About the app
The app offers a set of tools in service of the Book of Allah, including:
Reading the Mushaf in several dedicated Mushafs: default, Qiyam, memorization (Hifz), Tajweed, translation, khatmah, daily wird, and a personal Mushaf.
Listening to recitations from the reciter library and educational recitations, which you can download to listen offline.
Translations and tafsir of the meanings of the Quran in several languages.
Khatmahs and daily wird with progress tracking.
Bookmarks for surahs and verses.
Copying and sharing verses as images.
3.Free of charge
The app is completely free. It has no ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, and it does not require an account. No one may sell the app or its content, or charge a fee for access to it.
4.Permitted use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, free permission to use the app on your devices for recitation, memorization, learning, and reflection. You may share verse images from within the app for da'wah, reminders, and the public good.
5.Prohibited use
Out of reverence for the Book of Allah, and to protect the app, the following are prohibited:
Altering the text of the Holy Quran, or publishing modified images or copies of it.
Using verses or recitations in an offensive or misleading context, or in any way that disrespects the Holy Quran.
Selling the app or its content, or using it commercially without our written permission.
Copying, decompiling, or reverse engineering the app, or publishing modified versions of it.
Automated or excessive downloading from our servers, or any attempt to disrupt or abuse them.
Removing the names of reciters, translators, or content sources, or attributing content to anyone other than its owners.
6.Content and intellectual property
The Holy Quran is the word of Allah and belongs to no one. Rights to Mushaf page images and fonts belong to the organizations that produced them.
Audio recitations belong to their reciters and to the organizations that recorded and published them.
Translations and tafsir belong to their authors and publishers.
The app itself, including its design, interface, logo, and code, is owned by Moaddi.
If you own rights to any content in the app and believe it is shown in a way that infringes them, email our support team. We will handle your request promptly and seriously.
7.Content accuracy and reporting errors
We rely on trusted sources and review content carefully. Even so, technical or display errors can happen.
Translations are human efforts to convey meaning and are not a substitute for the Arabic text of the Quran.
Tafsir reflects the scholarly judgment of its authors.
If you notice an error in any text, page, recitation, or translation, please report it to our support email with the surah and verse number, so we can fix it as soon as possible.
8.Khatmah, wird, and sunset times
The khatmah and daily wird day starts at sunset. The app estimates sunset time from your location if you allow it, or from your device's time zone otherwise.
These times are approximate and meant only to organize your wird. They may differ from actual sunset by a few minutes. Do not rely on them for prayer times, fasting, or other religious rulings; use the official calendar in your country for those.
9.Internet and third-party services
Some features, such as downloading recitations and translations, need an internet connection, and your provider's data charges may apply. The app relies on Moaddi servers and on third-party content services such as Quran.com and EveryAyah. We cannot guarantee these services will always be available or uninterrupted.
10.Your data and privacy
The app does not collect any personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Your settings, bookmarks, khatmahs, and wirds are stored on your device only, with no cloud backup. They may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data, or change devices, and we are not responsible for that loss.
11.Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Moaddi is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the app, including loss of data stored on your device or outages of third-party services.
12.Updates and changes
We may update the app to add features or fix bugs, and we may change or discontinue some features.
We may revise these terms when needed and will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
