1.من نحن

تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق «مصحف المسلم» (Muslim Quran) المتوفر على متجر Google Play و App Store و AppGallery، ويطوّره فريق مُعدّي (Moaddi). باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة وفي شروط الاستخدام.

يتيح التطبيق قراءة القرآن الكريم، والاستماع للتلاوات، والتفسير، ومتابعة الختمة والورد اليومي.

2.البيانات التي لا نجمعها

لا يجمع التطبيق ولا يرسل إلى خوادمنا أو إلى أي طرف ثالث أياً مما يلي:

• الاسم أو البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف أو أي معلومات هوية.
• معرّفات الجهاز أو المعرّفات الإعلانية.
• موقعك الجغرافي.
• جهات الاتصال أو الصور أو الملفات أو الرسائل.
• سجلّ استخدامك للتطبيق أو ما تقرؤه أو تستمع إليه.

لا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات، ولا على أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع أو تقارير أعطال تابعة لجهات خارجية.

3.البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك

ليعمل التطبيق بشكل صحيح، يحفظ بعض البيانات داخل جهازك فقط، ولا تغادر جهازك أبداً:

• الإعدادات (مثل حجم الخط، والمظهر، والقارئ المختار).
• العلامات المرجعية وآخر موضع قراءة.
• تقدّم الختمة والورد اليومي.
• ملفات التلاوات والخطوط والبيانات التي تُنزَّل لتعمل دون إنترنت.
• إحداثيات تقريبية لمدينتك إن سمحت بالموقع (انظر البند 4).

تُحذف هذه البيانات بالكامل عند حذف التطبيق أو مسح بياناته من إعدادات الجهاز.

4.الموقع الجغرافي

يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع اختيارياً ولغرض واحد فقط: حساب وقت غروب الشمس في مدينتك، لأن اليوم في الختمة والورد اليومي يبدأ من المغرب.

• يُستخدم الموقع أثناء استخدام التطبيق فقط، ولا يُطلب في الخلفية.
• تتم عملية الحساب بالكامل على جهازك، ولا يُرسل الموقع إلى أي خادم أو جهة.
• تُحفظ آخر إحداثيات معروفة على جهازك فقط لتجنّب طلب الموقع في كل مرة.
• إذا رفضت الإذن، يعمل التطبيق بشكل طبيعي ويقدّر وقت الغروب اعتماداً على المنطقة الزمنية لجهازك.

يمكنك سحب الإذن في أي وقت من إعدادات الجهاز.

5.الاتصال بالإنترنت

يتصل التطبيق بالإنترنت لتنزيل محتوى القرآن الكريم فقط، مثل صفحات المصحف، والتفسير، وملفات التلاوات الصوتية. لا تُرسَل مع هذه الطلبات أي بيانات شخصية، ويتم الاتصال عبر بروتوكول HTTPS المشفّر.

كأي اتصال بالإنترنت، قد تسجّل هذه الخوادم معلومات تقنية تلقائية مثل عنوان IP ونوع الطلب، لأغراض التشغيل والحماية فقط. نحن لا نستخدم هذه المعلومات لتحديد هويتك أو تتبّعك.

6.الأذونات

لا يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا، ولا يسجّل الصوت، ولا يصل إلى جهات الاتصال أو الصور.

7.المشاركة والنسخ والتواصل

• مشاركة الآيات ونسخها: عند اختيارك مشاركة آية أو نسخها، تُنشأ الصورة أو النص على جهازك، ثم تُرسل عبر نافذة المشاركة في نظام التشغيل إلى التطبيق الذي تختاره أنت. لا نطّلع على ما تشاركه.
• التواصل عبر البريد: عند الضغط على زر المراسلة يُفتح تطبيق البريد في جهازك. أي رسالة ترسلها إلينا نستخدمها للرد عليك فقط، ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة.
• تقييم التطبيق: يفتح صفحة التطبيق في المتجر، وتخضع تلك الصفحة لسياسة خصوصية المتجر.

8.خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق مناسب لجميع الأعمار. ولأنه لا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية من أي مستخدم، فهو لا يجمع عن قصد أي معلومات من الأطفال دون 13 عاماً.

9.أمان البيانات

تبقى بياناتك داخل مساحة التطبيق المحمية في جهازك، وتتم جميع الاتصالات بالخوادم عبر HTTPS المشفّر. ولأننا لا نخزّن بياناتك الشخصية على خوادمنا، فلا توجد لدينا بيانات عنك يمكن أن تتعرّض للتسريب.

10.حقوقك وحذف البيانات

بما أن جميع البيانات محفوظة على جهازك، فأنت تتحكّم بها بالكامل:

• لحذف كل بيانات التطبيق: احذف التطبيق، أو امسح بياناته من إعدادات الجهاز.
• لإيقاف استخدام الموقع: اسحب الإذن من إعدادات الجهاز.
• لأي استفسار أو طلب يخص خصوصيتك: راسلنا على البريد أدناه.

11.التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات جديدة أو تغيّر المتطلبات النظامية. سننشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث». وإذا شمل التغيير جمع بيانات جديدة، سنوضّح ذلك داخل التطبيق قبل تطبيقه.

1.Who we are

This policy applies to the Muslim Quran (مصحف المسلم) app available on Google Play, the App Store, and AppGallery, developed by Moaddi. By using the app, you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Use.

The app lets you read the Holy Quran, listen to recitations, read tafsir, and track your khatmah and daily wird.

2.Data we do not collect

The app does not collect or send any of the following to our servers or to any third party:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information.
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs.
• Your location.
• Contacts, photos, files, or messages.
• Your usage history, or what you read or listen to.

The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting tools.

3.Data stored on your device

To work properly, the app stores some data on your device only. This data never leaves your device:

• Settings, such as font size, theme, and your chosen reciter.
• Bookmarks and your last reading position.
• Khatmah and daily wird progress.
• Downloaded recitations, fonts, and content for offline use.
• Approximate coordinates of your city, if you allow location access (see section 4).

All of this data is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in your device settings.

4.Location

The app asks for location access optionally and for one purpose only: calculating sunset time in your city, because the khatmah and daily wird day starts at Maghrib.

• Location is used only while you use the app. It is never requested in the background.
• The calculation runs entirely on your device. Your location is never sent to any server or third party.
• The last known coordinates are cached on your device only, so the app doesn't have to ask for location every time.
• If you deny the permission, the app still works and estimates sunset time from your device's time zone.

You can revoke the permission at any time in your device settings.

5.Internet access

The app connects to the internet only to download Quran content, such as Mushaf pages, tafsir, and audio recitations. No personal data is sent with these requests, and all connections use encrypted HTTPS.

As with any internet connection, these servers may automatically log technical information such as your IP address and the request made, for operation and security purposes only. We do not use this information to identify or track you.

6.Permissions

The app does not use the camera, does not record audio, and does not access your contacts or photos.

7.Sharing, copying, and contact

• Sharing and copying verses: When you share or copy a verse, the image or text is created on your device and passed through your system's share sheet to the app you choose. We cannot see what you share.
• Email: The contact button opens the email app on your device. We use any message you send us only to reply to you, and we don't share it with anyone.
• Rating the app: This opens the app's store page, which is covered by the store's own privacy policy.

8.Children's privacy

The app is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal data from any user, it does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9.Data security

Your data stays in the app's protected storage on your device, and all server connections use encrypted HTTPS. Because we don't store your personal data on our servers, we hold no data about you that could be exposed in a breach.

10.Your rights and data deletion

Since all data is stored on your device, you are in full control of it:

• To delete all app data, uninstall the app or clear its data in your device settings.
• To stop location use, revoke the permission in your device settings.
• For any privacy question or request, email us at the address below.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we add features or when legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change involves collecting new data, we will explain it in the app before it takes effect.
